TASTING. His five distillations will give this Gin Premium magnificent harmony between Juniper, the Azahar and all that compose Citrus Fruit, offering a fresh aroma and a pleasant taste of spring.

APPEARANCE. Crystal soft beige.

AROMA. Characteristic Gin (juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom) and citrus (lime, lemon, orange and orange blossom).

After the strong aspiration after dilution to 50%, fragrances thereof, floral aromas, spicy, sweet, fruity or citrus appear, they will be most common that we note predominating floral and orange blossom and citrus which is the most characteristic of our citrus gin.

Palate. Characteristic Gin (juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom) and citrus (lime, lemon, orange and orange blossom)

On the palate, it is a very silky gin despite the 40 degrees of alcohol. A aromatic level, it is opening light with notes of fresh citrus and orange blossom: angelica root and iris, with light hints of flowers and a nice soft background which slightly contains the primary aromas of juniper.
