Gin Malvaloca. Fruits of the forest

TASTING. We have achieved after macerate and distill a perfect balance between Juniper and Berries, keeping a mild flavor and an appealing aroma. His five distillations make it a pure Geneva bodied, clean and gorgeous.

AROMA. Characteristic Gin (juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom) and berries (blueberries, cassis, wild berries, raspberries and blackberries).

The distinguishing feature of this gin is to maintain the balance of berries, including excessive smell of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries that can mask the primary aromas of a classic gin. However the balance between botanists makes the aromas of a gin of these features appear.

On the palate, it is a very silky gin despite the 40 degrees of alcohol. A aromatic level has a powerful attack, it is opening light with notes of a soft, pleasant background which slightly contains the primary aromas of juniper, elegant, fills the mouth and palate taste of red fruit for its strong aromatic load, causing an aftertaste that lingers long.
