On the nose the first thing you hear is a combination of "tomato" and "artichoke" that freshness printed on sensory evaluation by direct route. The palate presents mean intensities of "bitter" and "spicy". potentiatepositive attributes perceived in the nose when evaluated retronasally.
Present with high intensity attributes? Almond? and? green banana ?, latter having a long persistence. This oil makes this a very balanced and complex product.
